Here's Our Intro

Welcome to our newest adventure!

The idea of beginning a blog was spurred on by the need to connect with you better and to provide a business-based resource that would be informative as well as a great read. This will be something that I hope will interest both my customers and my fellow solopreneurs. This first post is our introduction, and it will (I hope) be the ultimate guide on how to search and shop through our website. A resource that you can come back to whenever you need it for clarification or research.

We are now a sublimation business.

What does that mean?

It means we use a special printer to print, with special ink, a design onto a specific type of paper. We then use heat, whether a tumbler press or flat press to transfer the design from the paper to a blank product. The basic definition of sublimate, physically speaking, means to transform from a solid to a vapor without a liquid form. It creates a long-lasting product in which the design never fades or washes away.

We offer a variety of products to which we sublimate by transferring a design. We also have a wide range of designs that we can offer and create for you.

There are tons of more products that can be added but for now, these are the ones that I chose to start with.

This brings me to the redesign of the website. I wanted to create a way that you could shop as easily as possible and in the most efficient way for you. To begin, our homepage starts with four main categories, which are:

1. Create Your Own: Skip the tiresome task of sifting through pre-designed items! Just tell me your heart's desire! We do not use any copyright or trademark images, names, or themes. We collaborate with you to create the perfect gift, whether it is for yourself or someone else.
2. By Recipient: Discover treasures listed by couples and families!
3. By Event: Here you can select what event you need a gift for and choose the best gift for the occasion. Whether it is for a graduation, birthday, wedding, or baby shower.
4. By Product: If you are looking for a specific type of item, starting with the product is sometimes the easiest way to shop! Here you can go straight to the source and search the available products.

If you are anything like me, I like to search all items regardless of the above! To do this, you simply select Catalog from the menu at the top of our homepage (pictured below) and it will show you all of the products that we currently offer.

Now that we are at the menu at the top of our homepage, you will also see listed Bundles, About Us, and Contact Us.

Very simply, we offer bundle deals on certain items that allow you to save a little when you purchase the two items in the bundle. About Us includes our information page, FAQs, Size Guide, and Care Instructions. And lastly, if you need to contact us for any reason you can send an inquiry through the Contact Us page.

To the right of the menu, you will see four icons  .

1. Magnifying Glass: This allows you to use search terms such as cow, skeleton, or Christmas to search our site for the appropriate items. 
2. Outlined Person: When you click here you can log into your account to view order history, update addresses, or account information. 
3. Heart: Newest update to our Wishlist! You will need an account to save items to a Wishlist for later purchase. 
4. Bag: This will bring you to your cart to checkout or make any adjustments to items added to it. 

At checkout, we are now offering Affirm as well as Shoppay. Both of these feature pay-over-time options, if you qualify, for their services. We also accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

 

On the bottom right of the screen, you can contact us more directly by clicking on the blue   button at the bottom right of the screen.

 

Below that is the  button! Here you can sign up to receive rewards each time you order. Dollars equal points which will ultimately save you dollars on subsequent orders! It is an amazing cycle, and I am all about saving where you can!

 

 At the bottom left of the screen, you will see our social links listed so you can follow along with us on your preferred platform (even though it would be amazing if you followed us on all of them).

Now I could continue into each page of the main collections but if you made it this far, you are an absolute rockstar! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I leave you with the excitement (hopefully) to explore and see what else you can find. Also, if you have not already noticed, there are a couple of new pop-ups when you come to the site. 

The first is to sign up for our newsletter. This is it! The plan is to write at most two newsletters a month which will contain information about our business but also fun facts, new designs, etc. I do not want to overwhelm you or myself! 

Along with signing up for the newsletter, you will also be asked for your birthday. I love birthdays! So I wanted you to treat yourself and you will receive an exclusive birthday surprise if you choose to add it. 

Lastly, we also have a new text sign-up. You can submit your phone number for our new SMS alerts. This function will only be used to let you know of a new product drop or flash sales and discounts. There may also be a few exclusive sales thrown in there!
